The Richardsons team was asked to support the project by working closely with the architect, contractors, and other suppliers to provide The Property Buying Company’s office furniture, bringing the space to life.
The brief
We were asked to supply freestanding commercial office furniture for the project in line with the designs created for the space. The aim was to create an environment which felt more like an upmarket hotel lobby than a traditional office space, while still supporting productivity and engagement.
Our approach
The primary challenge of the project was to source office furniture for the Wetherby office space that visually matched the architectural drawings while keeping within the client’s budget. Working with our trusted network of manufacturers and their contractor, we focused on sourcing durable, cost-effective items that were suitable for The Property Buying Company’s needs while still creating the high-end feel specified in the brief.
